Return specialist Devin Hester Sr. returned to Friday’s practice, marking his first appearance since injuring his thigh in Sunday’s 28-27 loss to the Oakland Raiders. Hester had sat out Wednesday’s and Thursday’s sessions.
Rookie left tackle Ronnie Stanley missed his third consecutive practice. The sixth overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft did not play in Sunday’s 28-27 loss to the Oakland Raiders because of a foot injury and said Thursday that he is a game-time decision.
Rookie running back Kenneth Dixon (strained medial collateral ligament in left knee) and cornerback Sheldon Price (thigh) are practicing.
UPDATE: Stanley (foot) is doubtful for Sunday’s contest after missing three consecutive days of practice.
Outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil and center Jeremy Zuttah did not practice for non-injury reasons (NIR). But they are not on the team’s injury report.
Hester (thigh) participated Friday on a limited basis and is listed as questionable.
Dixon (strained medial collateral ligament in left knee), Price (thigh), Suggs (NIR), Williams (NIR), and Yanda (NIR) practiced fully. Only Dixon and Price are questionable.
Washington ruled starting cornerback Bashaud Breeland (strained tendon in ankle) out for Sunday. Listed as questionable are two starters in outside linebacker Ryan Kerrigan (sprained left elbow) and left guard Shawn Lauvao (ankle).
