The Ravens have re-signed safety Jordan Richards to a one-year deal, the team announced Saturday, retaining a key special teams contributor.
According to ESPN, the deal is worth $1.015 million, including $125,000 guaranteed, and carries a cap hit of $875,000. Richards, 28, was set to become an unrestricted free agent in March.
The Ravens signed Richards in the middle of the 2019 season after his release from the New England Patriots. Richards appeared in all 16 regular-season games in 2020, and both playoff games, playing at least 70% of special team snaps each game.
The Ravens on Friday announced an agreement with tight end Nick Boyle on a two-year extension through the 2023 season.
