The Ravens have restructured outside linebacker Terrell Suggs' four-year, $28.5 million contract, according to a league source.

The Ravens converted Suggs' $4 million base salary for 2015 into a $3 million bonus and lowered his base salary to $1 million for this year. That creates $2.25 million in salary-cap space.

It will raise Suggs' salary-cap figure to $7.45 million in 2016 and $6.95 million in 2017 and 2018.
