Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. (back), running back Justin Forsett (ankle), and outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil (groin) are active Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
The trio was limited in practice all week, with Forsett and Dumervil not practicing until Friday and Smith having three days of limited practice.
Smith has microfractures in his back that caused him to miss last week's loss to the Cleveland Browns and said Friday he had low expectations of playing.
Dumervil and Forsett said Friday they would see how they reacted to that day's activity, and while Dumervil looked to be limited in pregame workouts, Forsett was running with no visible impairment.
Tight end Crockett Gillmore is also active after a strained calf suffered against the Cincinnati Bengals kept him out of the past two games.
Cornerback Lardarius Webb, who didn't practice all week and was doubtful with a thigh injury, is inactive, meaning the Ravens will go with some combination of Kyle Arrington, Shareece Wright, and Asa Jackson opposite starter Jimmy Smith.
Running back Raheem Mostert, who was claimed off waivers from the Miami Dolphins Wednesday, is also inactive, as is offensive lineman Ryan Jensen. They are the only two healthy inactives.
Wide receiver Breshad Perriman (PCL sprain), defensive end Chris Canty (strained calf), wide receiver Darren Waller (concussion), and safety Terrence Brooks (thumb) were declared out Friday.
