Former Ravens outside linebacker Michael McAdoo worked out for the Seattle Seahawks this week, according to a source.

McAdoo signed with the Ravens in 2011 as an undrafted rookie from North Carolina after being passed over in the supplemental draft. He spent two seasons on injured reserve with Achilles tendon and knee injuries and never played in a game for the Ravens.

The Raevns cut McAdoo in 2013 on the same day that they signed inside linebacker Daryl Smith. McAdoo then signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League, where he recorded one sack.

McAdoo, 6 feet 7, 250 pounds, was a blue-chip recruit out of high school in Antioch, Tenn., but he was ultimately kicked off the team at North Carolina for academic fraud.

Bryant has run the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds, bench pressed 225 pounds 19 times with a 10-3 borad jump and a 43-inch vertical leap.

Meanwhile, former Ravens offensive tackle Brett Van Sloten worked out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
