When the Ravens beat the New Orleans Saints on Nov. 24, wide receiver Marlon Brown was visibly angry with himself when he stumbled after catching a pass over the middle to lose out on a potential touchdown.
Since that game, Brown has become more productive with a combined total of 11 receptions for 121 yards in the past three games. He caught a season-high five passes for 66 yards Sunday in a 20-12 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
For the season, Brown has 22 catches for 228 yards on 25 targets. The reserve wide receiver is one of the most efficient receivers in the league in terms of ratio of catches to targets.
"Marlon has played great," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "He's made some clutch catches and some big plays and has really done a good job for us. He's come through.
"He's rounding into form a little bit. He's healthy and he's been practicing really well, and it's showing up on Sunday. He has a great catch radius, and he goes up and makes some catches for us."
