Ravens sign wide receiver Jace Davis to practice squad

The Ravens have signed wide receiver Jace Davis to their practice squad.

Davis fills the 10th spot on the practice squad created, which opened when the Ravens promoted tight end Philip Supernaw fto the active roster Saturday after they cut tight end Ryan Taylor.

The Ravens cut Davis during training camp when they signed cornerback Derek Cox.

Davis is an undrafted rookie from Northern Colorado. He had tried out for the Washington Redskins since being cut by the Ravens.

Davis caught 162 career passes for 2,470 yards and 16 touchdowns and was an All-Big Sky Conference selection in college.
