Ravens' Justin Forsett grateful for win after losing fumble in collision with Owen Daniels

Forsett lost his first fumble of the season, recovered by defensive end Stephon Tuitt during the fourth quarter of the Ravens' 30-17 AFC wild-card playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field.

Although the Steelers would score a touchdown off the turnover to close the Ravens' lead to 20-15, the Ravens' offense rallied to score 10 more points to put the miscue behind them.

And that outcome left Forsett, who only had 36 rushing yards on 16 carries, extremely relieved that his fumble didn't cost the Ravens the game. After the fumble, Forsett carried four more times for minus-1 yard.

"We faced some adversity," said Forsett, who rushed for a career-high 1,266 yards and eight touchdowns this season. "Fumbled the ball, which you can't do. Thank God for my teammates backing me. You have to have a short-term memory and come out to play. I'm glad for the win. It was a team effort.

"It says a lot about my teammates. A resilient bunch who kept fighting, we have been through a lot this year. That little bit of adversity was nothing. We were about to come back and seize the moment."
