Oher has improved his play past two weeks

Ravens starting right tackle Michael Oher took a lot of criticism during the first month of the season, but has played well the past two weeks.

Oher struggled with false starts but apparently has become more patient with his pass sets and is doing well in the timing of snaps.

In the first month of the season, Oher often played too high and allowed defenders to get inside and get to the quarterback. He has worked on his stance and is no longer overly anxious.

If he continues to improve, the Ravens will have a solid right side with Oher and right guard Marshal Yanda, who has played well this season.
