Ravens free agent defensive lineman Lawrence Guy to visit Jets on Thursday, sources say

Ravens free agent defensive end Lawrence Guy is scheduled to visit the New York Jets on Thursday, according to NFL sources.

Guy was claimed off waivers last season after being cut by the San Diego Chargers following the first three weeks of the regular season.

The 6-foot-4, 318-pound defender had 16 tackles in 11 games and one start last season for the Ravens as he emerged as a solid rotational player.

Guy is a 2011 Green Bay Packers seventh-round NFL draft pick from Arizona State.

The 25-year-old has also played for the Indianapolis Colts and Washington Redskins

He had 21 tackles and one sack in nine games with the Colts during the 2012 season. For his career, Guy has 54 tackles and one sack.
