The Ravens cut cornerback Lou Young from the practice squad as they re-signed tight end Phillip Supernaw to the practice squad.
Supernaw is recovering from a hamstring injury that sidelined him against the Indianapolis Colts.
Supernaw was on the active roster briefly after tight end Dennis Pitta was placed on injured reserve, but he was released this week and then cleared waivers Wednesday and signed with the practice squad.
Young played collegiately at Georgia Tech after graduating from Good Counsel.
The 5-foot-11, 209-pounder had a previous stint with the Denver Broncos, but didn't make the 53-man roster.
