For the second consecutive game, Ravens starting left defensive end Pernell McPhee has been ruled out due to thigh and knee injuries.
McPhee underwent two arthroscopic surgeries on his right knee prior to training camp and has been limited throughout the season, generating only a half-sack and 16 tackles.
Arthur Jones will start in his place again.
Meanwhile, Pro Bowl defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (right shoulder, sprained right medial collateral ligament), Pro Bowl offensive guard Marshal Yanda (right knee) and starting left offensive guard Bobbie Williams are listed as questionable.
However, all three have said they plan to play Sunday against the Oakland Raiders at M&T Bank Stadum.
"It's as good as it's going to get," said Ngata, who returned to practice Friday after being rested the previous two days.
Ngata, Yanda and Williams all practiced Friday on a limited basis after not practicing the previous two days.
