Outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil was limited in return to Ravens practice on Wednesday

Ravens outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil was limited in practice, according to team's injury report.

Outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil practiced – albeit on a limited basis – in his return to Ravens practice on Wednesday.

Dumervil, who sat out the team’s first two games of the season, had been hampered by a setback related to offseason foot surgery. He had practiced just once since being activated from the physically unable to perform list on Aug. 22, but his presence could boost a struggling pass rush that has collected just five sacks prior to Sunday’s contest at the Jacksonville Jaguars.

As suspected, rookie left tackle Ronnie Stanley did not practice because of what Ravens characterized as a foot ailment. Rookie running back Kenneth Dixon also did not practice because of that strained medial collateral ligament in his left knee sustained in a preseason game against the Detroit Lions on Aug. 27.

Guard/center John Urschel (shoulder) practiced fully. Cornerback Jerraud Powers (ankle), who was deactivated for the first two contests, is no longer on the injury report.

Four Jaguars starters did not practice. They are left tackle Kelvin Beachum (concussion), strong safety Johnathan Cyprien (knee/tricep), defensive end Jared Odrick (tricep) and wide receiver Allen Robinson (illness).

Starting right tackle Jeremy Parnell (groin) and backup running back Chris Ivory (general medical issue) were limited.
