Ravens miss Ngata, Ed Reed and others at practice

Five starters didn't practice Wednesday for the Ravens, including three Pro Bowl selections in free safety Ed Reed, defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and offensive guard Marshal Yanda.

Plus, offensive guard Bobbie Williams and defensive end Pernell McPhee were sidelined at practice.

Reed is listed with a torn labrum in his shoulder as well as a knee injury.

Yanda has a minor right knee injury.

Ngata has a right shoulder injury and a sprained right medial collateral ligament.

Williams has a sprained left ankle.

And McPhee was out for the Ravens' 25-15 win over the Cleveland Browns with right thigh and knee injuries. He underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee twice before training camp.

Williams is limping noticeably after spraining his left ankle against the Cleveland Browns, casting doubt on his availability for Sunday.
"It's minor, that's exactly what it is," Williams said. "I'm treating it, getting it right. It will be good."
Williams is relieved that he didn't aggravate his surgically-repaired right ankle, which he broke last December.
"It's a good thing," he said.
If Williams is unable to go, the Ravens could plug in Jah Reid or former starter Ramon Harewood.
Harewood said he's ready to step in, if needed, adding that he's over his bout with migraine headaches
"They've subsided a little bit," Harewood said. "I've had the migraines since I was young."
Meanwhile, Yanda wasn't concerned about his right knee even prior to having a magnetic resonance imaging exam Monday that confirmed no structural damage.
"Yep, it's fine," said Yanda, who was replaced by Reid for five plays in Cleveland when his knee was examined and re-taped in the locker room. "I'll be good to go. I just got rolled up a little bit. It was just the knee."
