Jeremy Zuttah, Breshad Perriman held out of practice

Ravens center Jeremy Zuttah (53) lies on the field after an injury during the second half against the San Diego Chargers.

Starting center Jeremy Zuttah and rookie wide receiver Breshad Perriman were the only players held out of Wednesday's practice, the team's first full practice in a week after last weekend's bye.

Zuttah, who left the Week 8 win over the San Diego Chargers with a shoulder sprain, said he was "optimistic" about playing this weekend.

"We're anticipating, we're hoping that Jeremy will be out later in the week to practice, but he won't be out [there] today," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said before practice.

Perriman, the team's first-round NFL draft pick, remains out with a sprained PCL suffered on the first day of full-team training camp practice and aggravated in late September.
