Newly-signed outside linebacker Jason Babin, who the Ravens added this week to compensate for the loss of star Terrell Suggs (Achilles), is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders, while rookie fourth-round draft pick Za'Darius Smith will make his debut at outside linebacker after being inactive in Week 1.
Babin was released by the New York Jets at the end of training camp and practiced with the Ravens this week after signing Tuesday. Smith, who was inactive last week, and converted linebacker Albert McClellan are expected to spell starters Courtney Upshaw and Elvis Dumervil.
Defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan and running back Lorenzo Taliaferro, both of whom missed Week 1 with knee injuries, are active and will make their 2015 debut Sunday.
With Jernigan back, defensive tackle Kapron Lewis-Moore joins Christo Bilukidi, who did not play in Week 1, as a gameday inactive.
Wide receiver Breshad Perriman (knee) and tackle Eugene Monroe (concussion) were ruled out Friday, while cornerback Rashaan Melvin (thigh) will miss his second straight game.
Monroe's absence means James Hurst likelywill start at left tackle, with swing lineman Ryan Jensen active for the first time this season.
Running back Terrence Magee was the final inactive, leaving Taliaferro and rookie Buck Allen as the only backups for starter Justin Forsett.
