Orioles' Guthrie visits Ravens camp, his friend Ngata

Orioles pitcher Jeremy Guthrie watched the Ravens' practice today, said hello to coach John Harbaugh and caught up a little with defensive tackle Haloti Ngata.

Guthrie and Ngata are friends as they live very close to each other in Utah. Guthrie, a high school quarterback, is also a huge fan of the University of Oregon's football team. Ngata played three years at Oregon, compiling 151 tackles and 10 sacks in 36 career games.

The Ravens are having a little fun in their final full practice before Sunday's matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Many of their players have swapped jerseys, continuing a Friday tradition.

Running back Ray Rice and offensive lineman Jah Reid did the jersey exchange as did quarterback Joe Flacco and wide receiver Anquan Boldin. Linebacker Terrell Suggs donned his traditional choice, the No. 4 of punter Sam Koch.
