Ravens offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak already has fielded interview requests from the Chicago Bears and New York Jets and is on the San Francisco 49ers' radar.

However, Kubiak has instructed coach John Harbaugh that he wants nothing to do with pursuing job vacancies at this time and is completely focused on constructing game plans and calling plays for the Ravens in the playoffs.

"I'm all for singular focus," Harbaugh said Monday. "I'm committed to Gary's singular focus on the task at hand. It shows you where his mind is at, but that's not unexpected. That's the kind of coach that he is."

Kubiak, 53, was the Houston Texans coach for eight seasons before he was fired last year. During his time there, he had a 61-64 record and went to the playoffs twice. The Ravens set single-season franchise records in 2014 with 409 points and 5,838 yards.

"I've told you guys before, I'm consumed with what I'm doing," Kubiak said last week. "It's not time for stuff like that. I told John, 'If anybody wants to talk to me, tell them no.' I'm a busy man right now. I have a lot to do.

"I think it's always flattering as a coach to be mentioned by any organization in football, but no, my total focus is on our football team and trying to enjoy what I'm doing right now."

Kubiak had a previous stint as an assistant coach with the 49ers, coaching Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young. Kubiak spent Monday preparing for the top-seeded New England Patriots, the Ravens' opponent Saturday in the AFC divisional round.

"I had my turn, and I'm really enjoying what I'm doing," Kubiak said. "I've told you guys that over and over again. I don't think about what's next. I'm enjoying what's right now, and that's this organization, this football team and these players.

"I'm really enjoying what I'm doing. I just want to stay focused on that. That's been my message to John and my message to myself."

Kubiak drew praise for his aggressive game plan against the Steelers as the Ravens won, 30-17, at Heinz Field on Saturday.

"I thought Gary called a great game and built a great game plan," Harbaugh said. "He was in attack mode the whole game, both run and pass. He did a great job It's great to have his experience and knowledge. He does a great job, week in and week out."
