Five up, five down for Ravens after first preseason game

Carter (56), a veteran linebacker primarily known for his special teams play, wasn’t given much of a chance to make the team when training camp began, and he still might be a long shot. However, Carter was a force against the Panthers, making two tackles, a half-sack and three quarterback hits.
