It's still unclear whether Eugene Monroe will be available Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, but the Ravens' starting left tackle took another step in his return from knee surgery by practicing Thursday.
Monroe has missed the past three games after having arthroscopic knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee on Sept. 24. Undrafted rookie James Hurst has started in Monroe's place.
The only Ravens missing from practice Thursday were tight end Owen Daniels, middle linebacker Daryl Smith, defensive end Chris Canty (wrist) and reserve defensive lineman Christo Bilukidi (ankle).
Smith and Daniels are most likely getting routine off days, due to their veteran status.
Defensive tackle Terrence Cody and safety Will Hill were also practicing for a second straight day. Rookie defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan also was practicing after making his return yesterday. He had knee surgery and hasn't played since the Ravens' Sept. 11 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
