Eugene Monroe and Kelechi Osemele not practicing

Ravens left tackle Eugene Monroe and left guard Kelechi Osemele aren't practicing Friday and aren't expected to play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

Monroe, who just returned to practice this week following arthroscopic right knee surgery that sidelined him the past three games, and Osemele, who was scratched from Sunday's game due to a hyperextended right knee, were had been limited in practice Thursday.

Their inactivity means that the Ravens are preparing to go with an all-rookie left side of the offensive line for the second consecutive game Sunday. James Hurst is expected to start his fourth consecutive game at left tackle and rookie fifth-round pick John Urschel should start for the second game in a row at left guard.

The Ravens allowed no sacks and zero quarterback hits during their 48-17 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week.

Meanwhile, veteran defensive end Chris Canty (wrist surgery) and defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi (sprained right ankle) haven't practiced all week and won't play Sunday.

That means four of the Ravens' seven inactives are all but determined.

The Ravens still have to decide whether to activate safety Will Hill from his roster exemption, as he's back from a six-game suspension for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy. And nose tackle Terrence Cody. Cody remains on the reserve-physically unable to perform list.
