JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Ravens strong-side linebacker Elvis Dumervil had hoped to make his debut today against the Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Field. However, Dumervil, who had offseason foot surgery, apparently didn't feel ready enough to return.

He was inactive, as Ravens coach John Harbaugh kept the same seven inactive players for the second straight week. Dumervil practiced Wednesday and Thursday, but was sidelined Friday.

Running backs Kenneth Dixon (knee) and Buck Allen, offensive guard/center John Urschel, defensive tackle Willie Henry and cornerbacks Jerraud Powers and Will Davis are the other inactives.

There was some thought that Urschel could be active for the first time this year after center Jeremy Zuttah missed practice Friday for non-injury reasons. However, that's not the case.

The Jaguars have three starters – left tackle Kelvin Beachum (concussion), center Brandon Linder (knee) and defensive end Jared Odrick (triceps) – that are on the inactive list. Third cornerback Prince Amukamara (hamstring), tight end Ben Koyack, quarterback Brandon Allen and defensive end Chris Smith are also inactive.

Running back Chris Ivory will make his Jaguars' debut.
