Courtney Upshaw takes another free-agent visit, this one to Atlanta

Nearly a week after he went on his first free-agent visit to speak with the New York Jets, former Ravens strong-side linebacker Courtney Upshaw spent Thursday meeting with Atlanta Falcons officials, the team confirmed.

Upshaw is the Ravens' highest-profile remaining free agent. He started 51 of 64 regular-season contests for the Ravens over the past four seasons.

While Ravens coach John Harbaugh said that general manager Ozzie Newsome is still monitoring Upshaw's market, there has been no indication that the team is actively trying to keep him.

The Ravens are still trying to add a pass rusher, but they seem content with Za'Darius Smith, a fourth-round pick last year, filling Upshaw's role.

A second-round pick in 2012 out of Alabama, Upshaw had 183 tackles, five sacks, two forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries in his Ravens' career.
