Ravens Pro Bowl outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil is dealing with tendinitis in his Achilles and is sidelined for his second consecutive practice.
Dumervil was held out of practice Friday.
Dumervil led the Ravens with a franchise-record 17 sacks last season.
Rookie wide receiver Breshad Perriman, the Ravens' first-round draft pick, missed his second practice in a row because of a bruised knee.
Perriman landed on his knee while making a catch during the opening practice of training camp.
He's considered day-to-day, according to a source.
Starting defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan returned to practice after leaving early Friday because of cramping up as he dealt with hydration issues.
