My Time: BikeAAA, Bike Maryland recognized for safety program

Bicycle Advocates for Annapolis and Anne Arundel County and Bike Maryland received recognition from the Anne Arundel County Board of Education for the new program that is providing bicycle safety instruction and a bike rodeo skills course to more than 5,000 children in third through fifth grades in 26 elementary schools in its first year. The program is grant-funded and is provided at no cost to the school system. Schools are now being scheduled for next year.
