DETROIT -- We’re back at the bar -- actually we are in Detroit, but in mindset, we are in a bar -- and it’s time to keep this ALDS prediction thing going.

I had the Orioles losing Friday, whereas my colleagues, Eduardo A. Encina and Peter Schmuck, correctly predicted the Orioles would beat the Detroit Tigers.

Now the Orioles need just one more win to advance to the American League Championship Series. Schmuck says it will happen Sunday. Encina and I aren’t so sure -- we both think the Orioles will advance, but not yet.

Schmuck has the Orioles winning, 7-3. Encina has the Tigers, 6-3. I’m a little more optimistic, Tigers, 5-3.

I just think the Tigers get at least one in this series. And they do have left-hander David Price on the mound Sunday afternoon.
