After hitting HR vs. Nationals, Chris Davis starting at first base again Tuesday night

After hitting a two-run home run in the 11th inning Monday, Chris Davis is back in the Orioles’ starting lineup Tuesday against Washington Nationals right-hander Doug Fister.

The hot-hitting Steve Pearce is out of the lineup for the second consecutive game because the Orioles have no designated hitter in interleague play in a National League ballpark.

Nelson Cruz, who leads the major leagues with 28 home runs and 73 RBIs and often serves as the designated hitter, is playing left field again Tuesday.
