The Orioles reinstated right-hander Hunter Harvey from the 60-day Injured List (left oblique strain) and recalled right-hander Travis Lakins Sr. from Triple-A Norfolk. The Orioles also recalled infield Ramón Urías from Triple-A Norfolk and placed infielder Pat Valaika on the bereavement list. Right-hander Shawn Armstrong and left-hander Brandon Waddell were both designated for assignment.
