What to watch

1. Scorching hot. The Orioles arrive in Cleveland to face the hottest team in baseball. The Indians have won 15 straight games, during which they have a 1.87 ERA and are averaging 7.3 runs per game. The Orioles go into Progressive Field coming off a series loss to the Yankees, which dropped them two games out of the second wild-card spot. See if they can cool the Indians off on the road.

2. Miley up. Wade Miley enters tonight's game with a 2.79 ERA over his past seven starts. After going nearly 2½ months without a quality start, he has three in his past five starts. After a rough run for the rotation, the Orioles could use another good outing from him tonight.

3. Bat battle. This series pits two of baseball's best offenses against each other. The Orioles bring the second-most homers and the fourth-best average in the majors into the series, while the Indians have a more well-rounded attack, owners of the second-best OPS in the big leagues.
