What to watch
1. Back home. The Orioles return home from a 3-3 road trip having won four of seven games overall. They’ll be taking on a Mariners team that has lost six of seven games to slip 4½ games behind the Houston Astros in the American League West.
2. Cashner. Andrew Cashner was well on his way to his third straight quality start when a lengthy rain delay ended his most recent start, June 20 at the Washington Nationals. Cashner tossed four scoreless innings that day and has a 3.38 ERA over his past three starts.
3. Promising effort. Trey Mancini might be having an awful month, batting .203 in June. But he went 2-for-2 with a home run and a walk Sunday for his first multihit performance since June 10 and his third home run in 11 games.
