What to watch

1. Extra rested. Whether extra rest (seven days off) will spell improvement for Chris Tillman could be the deciding factor Saturday. He hasn't given the club much chance to win in allowing 15 runs in 11 1/3 innings through three starts. His rotation spot is already in jeopardy, and he needs to show improvement against the Indians to start to get back in the good graces.

2. Machado mash. Manny Machado has hit three homers in the past two games, and he added a game-changing web gem in Friday's win. The Orioles could use some more of that Saturday, especially if they need some extra offense with a struggling Tillman on the hill.

3. Make it two. The Orioles have only once this year won back-to-back games, and will be seeking their first set since their trip to New York. It's still very early in the season, but with the Red Sox's hot start, the Orioles need to begin making up some ground before they fall out of the division race by the time May arrives. They ended their game Friday already 11 games out of first. And they'll be without Trey Mancini on Saturday as they look to close that gap.
