Orioles on deck: What to watch Sunday at Athletics, plus lineups, broadcast info and more

Orioles (8-25) vs. Athletics (17-16)

Where: Oakland Coliseum

First pitch: 4:05 p.m.

TV/Radio: MASN2/105.7 The Fan

Starting pitchers: Orioles RHP Alex Cobb (0-3, 9.68 ERA) vs. Athletics RHP Andrew Triggs (2-1, 5.20 ERA)

What to watch

1. Cobb. Alex Cobb is coming off his first quality start of the season and has been making steady progress. He allowed two runs in six innings against the Los Angeles Angels. Can he do it again, or be even better, against the Athletics?

2. Triggs. Former Orioles prospect Andrew Triggs' numbers aren't too impressive on the surface, but he allowed two runs or fewer in four of his first five starts this season.

3. Win one. The Orioles have lost 11 straight road games and 17 of 20 games overall. They need to win today to avoid another winless road trip. They're 0-5 on the West Coast swing going into Sunday's finale.
