7. Next Generation

Angels outfielder Mike Trout (.315, 15, 57, .393, .554) is having another All-Star worthy season and the fans wisely voted him onto the AL's starting lineup. Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper (.281, 13, 29, .382, .551) missed a little more than a month on the disabled list and hasn't put up All-Star numbers. Still, Harper was voted into the game by fans. The game's two young, exciting stars will be opposing each other in a game that will also include another budding star, Baltimore third baseman Manny Machado (.315, 6, 43). And if fans elect Dodgers phenom Yasiel Puig (.409, 8, 19) for the final NL slot, this year's game will include the players who could be the game's biggest stars.
