U.S. routs Puerto Rico to win WBC, Marlins players shine

The United States routed Puerto Rico 8-0 on Wednesday night to win the World Baseball Classic.

Marlins outfielders Christian Yelich and Giancarlo Stanton each had two hits and an RBI, and the team was managed in his final career game by Jim Leyland, who was the skipper for the Florida Marlins team that won the World Series in 1997.
