Maryland will be without its most electrifying offensive weapon for at least another week.
Terps junior wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who suffered a lacerated kidney against Penn State on Nov. 1, has not practiced this week and will not play when Maryland travels to face Michigan on Saturday, according to multiple sources.
Diggs was eligible to return this week after being suspended for the Terps' game against Michigan State for a violation of the Big Ten's sportsmanship code.
Sophomore Jacquille Veii is expected to again start in the slot with Diggs sidelined.
Veii had four catches for 45 yards against Michigan State.
