The Ravens have signed fifth-round selection Nick Boyle to a four-year, $2.44 million contract that includes a $168,000 signing bonus, according to sources.
Boyle is a big blocking tight end at 6 feet 4, 268 pounds.
He caught 37 passes for 304 yards and four touchdowns at Delaware. As a junior, the Wantage, N.J., native had 42 catches for 474 yards and seven touchdowns.
Boyle played in the Senior Bowl all-star game. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.9 to 5.0 seconds, bench-pressed 225 pounds 20 times and had a 30-inch vertical leap at the NFL scouting combine.
