The Ravens scratched left tackle Eugene Monroe and left guard Kelechi Osmele for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. Rookie tackle James Hurst and rookie guard John Urschel will start in their places.

The Ravens also deactivated 2013 second-round inside linebacker Arthur Brown for the seventh consecutive game, cornerback Chykie Brown, defensive end Chris Canty, tight end Ryan Taylor and wide receiver Marlon Brown.

Canty underwent wrist surgery during the week leading up to the Ravens' game against the Indianapolis Colts. Marlon Brown is still dealing with a pelvis injury.

Wide receivers Michael Campanaro (River Hill), who caught his first touchdown last week in his first NFL regular-season game, and Kamar Aiken, who also caught his first touchdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and suffered a mild concussion, are both active. Aiken passed his baseline neurological test late in the week and was cleared for contact.

Rookie defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan is back for Sunday's game. He has missed the last four games since injuring his meniscus against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2. Jernigan had arthroscopic knee surgery.

The Falcons scratched wide receiver Harry Douglas with a foot injury, quarterback Sean Renfree, cornerback Javier Arenas, linebacker Tyler Starr, offensive tackle Cameron Bradfield, offensive guard Harland Gunn and defensive end Cliff Matthews.
