Ravens Pro Bowl inside linebacker C.J. Mosley remains in a cast following surgery on his left wrist and could be limited in offseason practices.
Mosley is expected to make a full recovery before training camp.
"I'll probably do everything that I can," Mosley said. "I don't know how much physically I can do. I'm definitely going to be out on the field."
The Ravens' leading tackler last season after being selected in the first round of the NFL draft, Mosley hurt his wrist in December. Although he is participating in the Ravens' voluntary offseason conditioning program, the former Alabama All-American and Butkus Award winner is unable to do all of the exercises.
"Everything is progressing," Mosley said. "I haven't had any major setbacks so far."
Mosley led all rookies with 133 tackles and finished seventh among NFL players. He also had three sacks, two interceptions, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
He played more defensive snaps (1,080) than any Ravens player last season. He was in on all but 15 of the team's defensive plays during the regular season.
After being drafted 17th overall in May, Mosley became an immediate starter. He was named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month in October and December.
Mosley finished second to St. Louis Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald in NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year balloting.
"At the end of the day, I wanted that award," Mosley said. "Aaron Donald, he earned it. We went against each other for three awards coming out of college, and he got all three of them. One day, I'll beat out an award."
