NEW YORK — Steve Pearce is again out of the Orioles lineup for tonight's game against the Mets at Citi Field.
Pearce missed Tuesday's series opener after coming out of Sunday's game with a stomach virus.
Jimmy Paredes will start at second base for the second straight night.
Alejandro De Aza, who has made just one start over the past week, is back in the starting lineup, leading off and playing right field.
Manny Machado had been batting leadoff the past three games, but will hit fifth tonight.
