What to watch

1. Encore. Tyler Wilson takes the mound for the first time since his masterful eight scoreless innings of three-hit ball in Boston on June 16. Can the rookie right-hander build on his career start against the Padres, who have scored the second-most runs in the National League this month?

2. Schoop it up. Jonathan Schoop comes into tonight with multiple hits in each of his past three games, batting .571/.571/1.071 with two homers and four RBIs. That stretch has boosted his average from .264 to .281. Can Schoop keep it going against Luis Perdomo?

3. Who's your Padre. The Orioles have 34 hits over their past two games, but scored just three runs despite 15 hits Monday in Texas. The Orioles went 3-for-11 with runners in scoring position and stranded 12 on base in the loss to the Rangers. Will the Padres be on the wrong end if the Orioles keep piling the hits at the same pace?
