Starting pitchers: Orioles RHP Chris Tillman (15-4, 3.46 ERA) vs. Astros RHP Mike Fiers (8-6, 4.66 ERA)

What to watch

1. Tillman time: After having his Wednesday start pushed back because of shoulder discomfort, Chris Tillman is back on the mound for the first time since Aug. 11. The Orioles ace has a 2.96 ERA over his past eight starts and is coming off a two-run, seven-inning performance. Can he continue to pitch well despite the layoff?

2. Lost in the loss: Much of the talk after Friday night's strange 15-8 loss to the Astros was about how the Orioles managed to blow an early 5-1 lead that included four homers before making an out in the first inning. But looking at the positive from Friday, the Orioles did score eight runs and hit five homersto give them 21 runs and 11 home runs over the first two games of this series. It marked the first time since three straight double-digit scoring performances from June 26-29 that the Orioles scored at least eight runs in back-to-back games. Can the Birds bats keep the runs coming tonight?

3. Hyun Soo Kim: Hyun Soo Kim continues to be a hitting machine with his batting line at .327/.406/.455 for the season. Over his past five games, he's 9-for-18 (.500/.526/.667) with a double and a triple. Will Kim continue to hit at that clip?
