What to watch

1. Snap that streak. The Orioles are in a bad place right now, having been outscored 44-9 during a four-game losing streak. They're down to one game over .500 and are pitching terribly. The Orioles have a 6.88 ERA this month with both the rotation and bullpen struggling. Luckily for the Orioles, in step the White Sox, losers of nine of 11 games. The White Sox have scored a major league-worst 30 runs this month with a 6.78 ERA in June.

2. More from Miley. Wade Miley is enduring an inconsistent stretch right now, alternating solid starts with poor ones over his past six games. If that trend continues, he could be in for a good one tonight. Miley is looking to improve upon an outing where he lasted just 2 2/3 innings, allowing four runs on eight hits and two walks.

3. Machado returns. Manny Machado is back in the lineup for the first time since Wednesday after being spiked on a slide by Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Andrew McCutchen. Machado's strained left wrist has kept him sidelined for four straight games, and the Orioles could use a boost after scoring just nine runs in his absence.
