First pitch: 2:05 p.m.

TV/Radio: MASN/105.7 The Fan

Starting pitchers: Orioles RHP Yovani Gallardo (1-0, 1.80 ERA) vs. Red Sox LHP David Price (1-0, 3.00 ERA)

Jones still out

Center fielder Adam Jones (sore ribs) remains out of the Orioles lineup for a fourth straight game (and fifth straight day including Saturday's postponement). Joey Rickard remains in center field with Mark Trumbo shifting over to left and Nolan Reimold in right.

What to watch

1. 6-0. After starting the season with a perfect homestand, the Orioles need a win today to stand alone as the team with the best start in club history. Can they spoil the Red Sox's home opener this afternoon to put themselves in the record books?

2. Price is right or wrong? David Price faces Yovani Gallardo in a matchup of the two clubs' prized free-agent pitching signings. Price has long had success against the Orioles, going 8-4 with a 2.65 ERA in 19 career starts. Will the ace left-hander outduel Gallardo in his first home start in a Red Sox jersey?

3. Macho Machado. Manny Machado is off to a spectacular start, batting .429/.455/.905 with three homers (tied for third in the American League) and four RBIs in five games. Can he keep it up against many pundits' favorite to win the AL East?
