LOS ANGELES — After hitting two homers in Wednesday's 14-inning win over the Los Angeles Dodgers, Orioles slugger Mark Trumbo said he will participate in the Home Run Derby as part of next week's All-Star Game festivities in San Diego.

Trumbo leads the majors with 26 homers.

This will be the second time Trumbo participates in the Home Run Derby. He finished third in his only other previous All-Star Game trip in 2012. Trumbo hit 13 homers in the first two rounds and lost to Jose Bautista in a "swing-off" for the opportunity to go to the final round.
