Orioles prospects Eduardo Rodriguez, Tim Berry named to Arizona Fall League's 'Fall Stars Game'

Orioles farmhands Eduardo Rodriguez and Tim Berry have been selected to play in the Arizona Fall League "Fall Stars Game" on Saturday in Surprise, Ariz.

The game, which will take place at 8 p.m. EST, will be broadcast live on MLB Network and MLB.com. Both Rodriguez and Berry are pitching for the Surprise Saguaros.

Rodriguez, the Orioles third-best pitching prospect, has recorded a 4.63 ERA in four Fall League starts (11 2/3 IP) with 12 strikeouts and five walks.

Berry, a 50th-round pick in 2009, is 2-0 with a 1.64 ERA in four appearances (11 innings) and has recorded scoreless outings over his last three games (10 innings).

Double-A Bowie manager Gary Kendall, who is managing the Surprise team, will manage the West All-Stars. Short-season Class-A Aberdeen pitching coach Alan Mills, who is on Kendall's Surprise staff, will be a pitching coach for the West team.

The teams are selected by major league scouting and farm directors. Each team is allowed to be represented by at least one player.
