Chance Sisco, one of the more prized prospects in the Orioles' organization, will match up with fellow up-and-comers July 10 in the All-Star Futures Game.
The game, which kicks off All-Star Week in San Diego, pits the best MLB prospects from the U.S. against those from other countries. The rosters, announced Tuesday, feature 15 former first-round picks.
Sisco, 21, is one of two catchers on the U.S. team and is the only Orioles prospect in the game. He's hitting .309 with a .401 on-base percentage and 16 doubles in 217 at-bats for Double-A Bowie this season.
Baseball Prospectus rated Sisco the No. 3 prospect in the organization and No. 101 in baseball at the beginning of the year. The Corona, Calif., native was a second-round pick in the 2013 draft.
