Most disappointing position player: Travis Snider

One of several players relied upon to help replace corner outfielders Nelson Cruz and Nick Markakis, Travis Snider batted .237/.318/.341 with just three homers and 20 RBIs in 69 games before being released. In 2014, Snider had an .880 OPS after the All-Star break with the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the Orioles hoped they were getting the former first-round pick at the right moment. But dealing two young pitchers for him turned out to be the wrong move.
