BOSTON — Through stretches of prosperity and disappointment, the Orioles rotation has been one of the more inconsistent facets of the team this season. That they're scoring enough to diminish the impact of those struggles helps to an extent. But as the poor starts pile up, the group is coming under increased scrutiny.
