Ravens left tackle Eugene Monroe won't play in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Cleveland Browns because of an ankle injury.
Monroe hadn't practiced all week and was listed as doubtful on the injury report.
With Monroe sidelined, the Ravens will start two rookie offensive linemen as James Hurst will step in for Monroe at left tackle. The Ravens are expected to start rookie John Urschel at right guard, with Marshal Yanda shifting over to right tackle.
Meanwhile, defensive end Chris Canty is inactive after testing out his ankle during warmups. Canty didn't practice all week and had hoped to play in the Ravens' final home game of the season. This marks the fifth time that Canty has been inactive this season.
Outside linebacker Terrell Suggs is active after not practicing all week. He's listed as having a thigh and back injury.
In addition to Monroe and Canty, the Ravens scratched safety Brynden Trawick, defensive end Steven Means, cornerback Chris Greenwood, nose tackle Terrence Cody and tight end Phillip Supernaw.
Rookie wide receiver Michael Campanaro (River Hill) is active for the first time since pulling his hamstring Oct. 26 against the Cincinnati Bengals. He has been a healthy scratch for the past few weeks.
Inside linebacker Arthur Brown is active for the Ravens, while center-guard Gino Gradkowski is active for the first time since Week 7.
The Browns are involved in several controversies with injured rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel throwing a party Friday night and then being late for treatment Saturday, wide receiver Josh Gordon suspended for skipping practice Saturday, and cornerback Justin Gilbert inactive for reportedly being late for a team meeting Saturday night.
The Browns scratched Gilbert, injured quarterback Brian Hoyer, long snapper Charley Hughlett, center Ryan Seymour, defensive lineman Ahtyba Rubin, offensive lineman Andrew McDonald and wide receiver Phil Bates.
