Orioles executive vice president Dan Duquette said the team's extension with reliever Darren O'Day is all but done, but there is still one issue that needs to be resolved before the club will announce it.

"We just have one more item to get done on that contract. Hopefully we can get that resolved here in the next couple of days," Duquette said. "Just one more item to close the book and be able to add the player. We are not quite there yet."

When asked if O'Day had officially passed the physical, which happened earlier in the week, Duquette would only say, "We have a little bit more work to do on that. As soon as we get all our work done, hopefully we can announce the signing."

O'Day was not at Saturday's FanFest.
